Innovations In Plastic Products was established in 1998 to supply high quality plastic fencing and furniture to both individual clients as well as large organisations such as councils and companies within the leisure industry.

The materials which we use are solid plastic extrusion produced from polyethylene, using wholly recycled materials. We also use Holoplas(TM)   which is manufactured using the same raw materials, but as the name suggests the material itself is hollow ensuring that it produces lighter products which are more durable than traditional material such as wood and metal.

Holoplas(TM) is recycled plastic produced using only polyethylene and therefor has even greater environmental qualities as it does not let off toxic fumes and will not burn easily if it is lit by vandals. Holoplas(TM) officially has a fire resistance level of three.

As well as being non-toxic the material is rot-proof. These two factors are two of the greatest benefits of furniture and fencing produced from Holoplas(TM) . Once these products are in place you will have a surface finish which is maintenance free for years to come. For example, the birds mouth fencing which I generally see around town tends to be either brand new or weather worn. Holoplas (TM) does not fade with time and always looks fresh and new.

Product Benefits

The material which is used is produced from recycled material and can be used again and again.
This means that the council is seen to be supporting the worlds vanishing resources as the material is environmentally friendly.
The material does not rot which means replacement costs are reduced and product life is increased.
The cost of maintaining these products is reduced as the finish of the Plastic Extrusion does not wear with time and will last for years to come.
The material has an additional safety value as there are far fewer sharp edges of wood or metal which can cause injury if the product is damaged.
Fabricating the plastic is a relatively simple process which given the right machinery means we are able to fabricate any product which can be sawn, bolted, and screwed and fixed together.
With the design and production team which I have available to me I am able to pre-fabricate any product at a reasonable cost to allow for demonstration of any new and innovative ideas which may need to be developed at any given time.
The Plastic Extrusions are available in various colours which means you can choose a colour scheme which is most desirable without having to worry about the up keep which it would have entailed.
The material is also light and versatile, especially in comparison to the concrete posts which are probably now in use.
The product is tough and durable and with stands the forces of the elements better than most conventional fencing products.
Manufacturers tests have proven that the material is highly resistant to chemicals.
The material is steam cleanable & Non-absorbent as well as being non-toxic if any vandals try to set light to the product.
Finally, the product is new, innovative, and imaginative which is attractive to the local population and reflects well on the image of the your organisation.

As you can see from the above information the advantages of using plastic extrusions to make these products as opposed to more conventional materials are clear.
